MRPL Expert Center is a Center of Excellence in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery and ENT, approved and supervised by the Israel Ministry of Health for treatments under general anesthesia and sedation in the dental, oral and maxillofacial surgery fields.
The center is staffed exclusively by specialist doctors, in collaboration with leading dentists in their fields.

The center is equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment equipment such as CT and ultrasound, 3D planning and printing technologies, computerized implants, emergency electrical backup equipment, advanced medical gas systems, and patient safety equipment that meets all Ministry of Health standards, such as Class B sterilization.
MRPL Expert Center has adopted the motto “The patient in the center” a statement that commits us to both a high level of service and patient-oriented treatment with personalized care tailored to the needs of the patient and their family, while minimizing discomfort and anxiety before treatment.
DR. MICHAEL ABBA
DMD, MBA
Dr. Michael Abba is a distinguished Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with a subspecialty in endoscopic salivary gland disease, extensive expertise in oral implantology, bone grafting, and management of sinus lift complications.
Holding a DMD from Tel-Aviv University and an Executive MBA in healthcare innovation from Reichman University, Dr. Abba is a trailblazer in remote surgical assistance and healthcare innovation.
His work extends to offering vital surgical care in underserved regions, particularly in Africa. As an attending surgeon at the Hadassah University Medical Center’s Oral and Maxillofacial Department in Jerusalem, he is deeply involved in research, resident training, and has published numerous papers and co-authored a book on minimally invasive surgery.
Dr. Abba is also making significant strides in medical device consultancy and healthcare entrepreneurship, leveraging his expertise to innovate in user interface design and business models within maxillofacial surgery. His international lectures highlight his commitment to advancing surgical practices and patient care globally.
