Dr. Alexander Salvoni studied Dentistry at Methodist University of Sao Paulo and Oral Pathology at University of Sao Paulo. He is professor at Paulista Association of Dental Surgeons and is a specialist in implantology. Dr. Salvoni dedicates his career to teaching the new generation of Implantologists. He is an internationally recognized expert on the zygomatic technique having placed more than 1000 zygomatic implants. He is a coordinator of post-graduate education in Sao Paulo, Brazil and clinicians from all around the world come to his clinic to learn and practice this technique. Dr. Salvoni is a dedicated educator always searching for the best techniques to teach his students and to treat his patients.

With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Abtin Shahriari has a plethora of experience in the field of oral maxillofacial surgery. After completing his undergraduate studies at Emory University, he chose to pursue a master’s degree in epidemiology and international health at Emory University Rollins School of Public Health. With his MPH degree, Dr. Shahriari worked in the international health arena through his work as an epidemiologist at the Center of Disease Control and Prevention and as a consultant for the World Health Organization working on the world-wide eradication of polio. He chose to pursue dentistry and completed his DMD degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, and later returned to his home state of Georgia to complete his oral maxillofacial surgery residency at Emory University . Dr. Abtin Shahriari is the medical director of the only oral surgery center in Georgia that is recognized by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. This prestigious accomplishment recognizes his offices for hospital-level safety for outpatient surgery and anesthesia. Dr. Abtin Shahriari is also a diplomat of the Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and a clinical assistant professor of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery at Georgia Regents University. His accomplishments have been featured in the media, in many research publications, and in book chapters. He has built up impressive private practices, yet still finds time to donate his expertise through his non-profit Project Global Smile and select pro bono cases in his local community. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family exploring the outdoors, going on new adventures, practicing yoga, and enjoying new cuisines.

Dr. Shveys Mirela, OMFS, DMD, MD is a Certified Specialist in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Israel and Romania, graduated from the residency program at Rambam Medical Health Care Campus, Haifa, Israel in 2007.
She is a double degree doctor, graduated from the Faculty of Dental Medicine in 1998 and the Faculty of Medicine in 2016 both at ‘ Gr T Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy Iasi. Romania.
She worked for a couple of years at The Maurice and Gabriela Goldschleger School of Dental Medicine, Tel Aviv University at the Maxillofacial Surgery department where she developed her passion for teaching, working with young students and doctors the art of oral rehabilitation.
Since her graduation, she has worked in private clinics in Romania and Israel, at Arcadia Hospital in Iasi, and now she is the founder of Dr Shveys Dental & Maxillofacial Clinic in Iasi.
Also is a member of IDA, Israeli Association of Maxillofacial Surgery, ITI ( International Team of Implantology), and founder of ‘IMPLANT SMART Prosthodontic oriented implantology ‘- a continuous education & study group in Iasi.
She continued training in the field of TMJ pathologies, maxillofacial anomalies, implantology, and digital dentistry in Israel ( Tel Aviv), the UK ( Oxford ), Spain ( Barcelona ), France ( Paris), Netherlands ( Utrecht ), Switzerland ( Davos), Germany ( Frankfurt).
She is highly experienced with difficult cases of atrophic jaws, and maxillary rehabilitation with zygomatic, pterygoid, and nasal implants. She follows a passion for teaching as a speaker in many courses and study meetings with clinicians, young doctors, and surgical trainees.
Dr Shveys continues her research, teaches advanced implantology education, and is invited to lecture both nationally and internationally on trending topics in bone and soft tissue regeneration and dental implants
