✅ EZgoma® – Guided Surgery for Zygomatic and Pterygoid Implants
💡 EZgoma® is a pioneering patented guided surgery system, developed by Noris Medical to assist in complex zygomatic and pterygoid implant procedures.
🦷🧐 This 65-year-old female patient was referred to us from Norwich. The severely atrophied maxilla could not be rehabilitated by standard implants or the All-on-4 technique.
Her dentist advised the patient to see us for zygomatic implants placements.
After clinical and X-Ray examinations (CBCT), we decided to use 6 implants in total – 4 of them in the zygomatic bone as Quad Zygoma, and 2 in pterygoids.
After careful planning, the titanium surgical guides were made specifically for this patient by Noris Medical – EZgoma®.
The surgery went exactly as planned. The implants immediately loaded and after 3 months final fixed bridge was fitted the patient was very pleased with the whole experience, and the final outcome.
