The patient showed total edentulism associated with severely atrophic jaw, significant deficit of vertical dimension, and class III intermaxillary relation resulting from the loss of dental elements. Zygomatic and traditional implants were placed and immediately loaded with a screw-retained prosthesis (Toronto Bridge).
